Breathtaking view from the upper floors (hotel accupies 26-43 floors of the tower); generouus breakfast
I enjoyed the hotel very much. The two restaurants location in the lobby of the hotel were excellent. This was the first time staying at a Marriott hotel. I felt that the guests of the hotel should be entitled for free parking because of the high price of the rooms. This is not true. If you have a car either you park it on the street or in their garage where you pay a high fee.
Room - quite spacious and nice Lounge-if you have access to the lounge then you have a nice served with different menu every hours and pretty decent for kind of full meal. Parking-pretty expensive 32euro per night and not for in n out, hourly about 3.5euro. Elevator-very old and very slow; the sensor sometime doesn't work and got hit once. Payment-if you're using card from US, they automatically carge it to USD with mark up 3%.
Everything! Room Service food was excellent too. Not applicable
the standard of services and hospitality not at all
Reservation employees was so friendly. the Minibar is not working , the iron was not working, cleaning the room was not good.
Excellent facility, friendly and accommodating staff, excellent services.
Clean rooms , good location Overpriced Doesn't even have umbrellas for guests
Very friendly staff and good room allocation though I booked a holiday "package" If you provide water in your standard rooms, are you sure you want to charge for it? (Especially, if the price from the hotel shop downstairs is cheaper.)
Location opposite Trade Fair complex. Friendly helpful staff. Pleasant atmosphere. Great view from 27th floor. Breakfast at Euros 27 per head is very expensive.
The convenience to the Frankfurt Book Fair; the convenience to the center of town; and the helpfulness of the staff. The televisions need to be upgraded as do the carpets in the room.
Convenience for the Messe (exhibition centre)
excellent customer service. special thanks to Matthias Eisner who on request recommended an authentic German restaurant and then went and downloaded the menu for our consideration.
A first class hotel which was very conveniently located for where I was doing business The absence of an informal dining facility. There are limited quality restaurent options close by and I ended up going to another hotel (Flemings)
The staff very well educated including the door man. no , everything was perfect
Personal service - great staff Water pressure / shower
Front staff members are very pretentious. Not worth paying that much for this kind of value hotel.
This hotel deserves its five stars. The rooms in the new addition in the rear are particularly quiet and well-equiped. The hotel is, however, expensive. But if you need 5 stars in Ffm, this is, in my view, the place to stay. There is nothing that I did not like.
Very nice hotel that I had visited. Expensive room fee not include breakfast
Service. No tea/coffee making facilities.
I have stayed is this hotel already a few times and the quality levels are excellent. Staff is very friendly in a natural way. Parking available at hotel.
The staff was extremely helpful, the amenities were exceptional. I specifically liked the fresh fruit in the room, the filled ice bucket upon arrival, the complimentary mini-bar, and the slippers left at turn-down. Nothing
1.excellent location just opposite the fair entrance of messe frankfurt, 2. beutiful hotel with warm atmosphere, 3. the best hot chocolate i ever drunk,4. breakfast very qualitative but expensive, 5. free internet and mini bar filled up every day, 6. separate bathroom and toilet room 1. the baby cot did not have a matress!!-had to put duvet and blankets in order for the baby to sleep, 2. the cleaning of the room was inadequate, carpet had stains and looked dirty, 3. a nursery school is opposite the hotel and kids are very noisy during evening hours - they kept waiking up the baby every day
Nice and clean hotel I was difficult to find as GPS did not respond to street name, But we were happy to find this nice hotel
value for money. Nothing
it was a very friemdly and clean , good returent. service was wonderful we like every thing about it
I liked every thing, it was more than my expectations>n my opinion ; it is the best in Frankfurt. parking was a bit costy, but we found a free parking in front of the hotel + an expensive breakfast.
Hotel front desk very help full and service of buffet breakfast also very good
New modern facilities Poor restaurant service
Pets in the hotel togeather with other guests
A thank you to all your staff for the friendliness during our stay. The exhibition was tiring and it was lovely to be greated with a smile when you walked back into the Hotel.
Very very clean:-))))
air conditions was not working fine enough
Great location near the Messe Bad bed
It was very nice only problem was too expensive although all hotels gets 300-400 percent extra for the rooms during fairs in Frankfurt
Staff of the hotel is quite helpful and location of the hotel is great for access to Fair grounds, less then 10 minutes walking, most of it through the park. Toilet & bathroom facilities very out of date and not so well maintained, wooden window frames do not protect from any of the noise, we were waking up with birds every day, which was about 4.30- 5 in the morning. Also the double room actually had two queen beds rather then a double one. Not going back.
The nice and big rooms and the service of the stuff , and the fact that it is small and just across the street to the Messe
Very friendly and helpful staff, advising on restaurants and directly making reservations for you. Really visit Bistro Marietto/Kettenhofweg/walking distance hotel when you're there. Nice atmosphere and superb food for it's price-range. Hotel easy walking distance from the Frankfurter Messe. Very nice breakfast buffet. Superior Room: nice, big and clean.
close to messe frankfurt
it is convenient, as it very close to the fair ground. The staff is nice and friendly. Prices during "Buchmesse" are quite expensive, as in most hotels in Frankfurt
Yes the Hotel was great the room was very large in size. No it was great!
Hotel employees were very polite and courteous. Rooms were clean and quiet at night. I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel and would recommend it to everyone.
The staff were the most helpful, friendly and considerate that I have encountered in the last 20 years. They went out of their way to help us. The furnishing and fittings in the room were absolutely beautiful. The hotel was quiet and in a very nice, pleasant and safe area.
Room was not cleaned! Bath-towels on the floor, dirty toilet/bathroom, bed was not done, it was as dirty place! Management only did sent a short letter to appologize and to tell that they will train their people better, nothing more! Completely done with the Maritim organisation...
Having booked a superior room without breakfast I was pleased that there was a lounge where I could have free snacks and drinks, which at breakfast time were as good as any breakfast and at the evening it was a full meal. I also had a room bar with free soft drinks and wine, as well as tea/coffee maker. The cold tap for the bath did not work at all so the bath could only be filled from the shower head.
conveniently located near the Messe Old fashioned, limited service (restaurants & bars opening hours are limited), furniture in the rooms not clean and old dated, no view, noisy.
The ease of acess to the Fair was excellent and the overall service and entertainment was very good
The location was most convenient. The breakfast buffet in the main dining area closed too early in order for the staff to set up for lunch. The secondary (later) buffet in another, smaller room was not of the same caliber - less than anticipated and not a good value for the cost.
Was at an Exhibition
extreme convience for the Messe Frankfurt trade fair ground and the associated convention centre no tea or coffee making facilities in the room
The hotel is the nearest to Frankfurt Book Fair, breakfast was good, Customer Relations lady was great. Hotel needs renovating asap, or at least "superior" floor, I paid to stay at that floor while it wasn't up to standards. Services of concierge or bellboy was very bad.
closeness to the trade fair the prices of Food and unbeliveable prices at the Bar
The hotel is nice and confortable. the guy singing on the bar from 18.00 is the best employer of this Hotel.located sided to messe - great for plp in work or convention there.
Excellent location with parking. Spacious room.
Location Too expencive for this kind of hotel
work at Frankfurt Messe
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast choice was very good.
The proximity to the fairground was the most important reason for choosing this hotel. And the reasonable price we got by booking early. I (we) thought the breakfast was far too expensive. Instead of having breakfast at the hotel we found a restaurant with an excellent breakfast buffet at around half the price in the hotel.
close to the frankfurt messe, a good, no frills hotel !
Clean room and quiet The price of the breakfast was laughable. 32 euros for me and my wife to have breakfast! for six days that is 192 Euros for two people. Don't come here if you have a family. The reception told us the charge for a local call was 30cents per min. for a five minute call they ended up charging 10 euros. This was not good. Also the problem is this is not a hotel but a bed and breakfast -$ there is no reception after 10 or 11 in the evening. I do not recommend this place. I know there are better hotels around.
Proximity to the Messe, just a few minutes on foot. The breakfast although quite expensive was excellent. No lift but the reception staff did offer their assistance.
very close to the messe. too much expencive for the hotel quality
very quiet - staff very helpful tea coffee making facilities in room
It's very close to exhibition centre!!!! Very friendly staff!!! Great breakfast!!!
Friendly staff, plain, simple and clean. Area quiet but dull. Close to conference halls. Easy access by road.
Convenient location.Staff very friendly. Very expensive during exhibition times.
Staff is extreme nice and helpfull and has been so for many years.Nice breakfast.
The room and the bed were very clean and large. No noise disturbed my sleeping. They took the money, which I had to pay, from my virtual card before I could say yes or no.
The owner is a young man, and he is very friendly. But he took over the hotel himself (he used to work there) only 6 months ago and he has still to invest a lot in order up-date the whole hotel (rooms, corridors and elevator). But he is very positive minded. The location for visiting the fair is perfect: you can walk in 10 to 15 minutes. The hotel didn't matched at all with the description on the website. The room I got in was over 20 years old, the phone did not work, the beds where rustic, no mini bar and an old television. The room was extremely small. I could even not sit with the chair at the small desk because there was no space enough in between the desk and the bed. My room was on the forth floor, right besides the old (and very slow) elevator, which made a terrible noice every time it was taken. I was waken up by it every day from 6 in the morning. And on top of that, the room was not cleaned when I came back in the evening. Housekeeping simply forgot to do it. The price of 120 Euro for a night for a hotel of this category is completely unreal.
walking distance to the exhibition centre there were no coffee & tea making facilities
It was very well thought. The staff was very friendly. Everything was neat and cute. Maybe it was a little bit cold at nights. But given the German system of central heating, it was understandable that the hotel management may not have wanted to increase the heating.
It's near the fair, only 5 min. walk to the exhibition center.Very nice and friendly personal. I recommend to the people that like to feel there like in a house atmosphere. A Casa is like at house.
Friendly and helpful people, comfortable room, nice breakfast
It was ideally situated for either walking or taking the public transport into town, the owner was very obliging when we wanted somewhere to leave our luggage after we checked out on our last day.
Everything was great! I stayed during the musikmesse, so the prices are higher and not really cheap, but was still fair specially if you think that they're located 1km or less from the fair.
Less than 5 minutes to the Messe. Very friendly and helpful staff. Overall quite comfortable. A little old and whilst not falling apart in need of some renovation.
Friendly service. Location in the city. Breakfast brought to room. Inexpensive. It's a nice, inexpensive bed & breakfast. Don't expect more than that - it doesn't have hotel facilities.
Attention to detail and personal touches in room, wonderful varied breakfasts served to enjoy at leisure in your room; very clean and quiet location close to some great restaurants; and very welcoming and helpful owners. No
The room; well and originally decorated with attention to detail, quite unlike your usual bland hotel room. The recommendation in my Marco Polo Guide book was a good one!
