That i couldnt go into my room before 2 without a charge even though a lot of the rooms were clearly available with the doors open

It was convenient for the airport. Bus stop close by for travel to Faro centre or beach. Hotel was very comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly.
No specific seating area to have a drink in the bar.

The room was huge, clean and tastefully decorated. Quiet and a great nights sleep
There was a kiddie play area inside which was useful but the toys in there were really grubby, had to ensure I antibacterial wiped my daughter after touching the toys in there. Unfortunately their lift was out of action the morning we needed to get to the airport with all luggage and tired 3 year old at 6.30am and no one on hand to assist with carrying all the way down steps and outside hotel via fire escape. The engineer had turned up, but it didn’t help us!
