Room was clean Atmosphere in reception area welcoming
I was expecting the food at the restaurant to be good unfortunately I was very disappointed. Both myself and husband got different food and both of us felt the same. On sitting in lounge area I also overheard a few couples saying the same.

Clean rooms, great front desk staff! Great location for air travelers with many nice restaurants nearby.
Would have liked an Ice Machine somewhere in the facility, and in the room, a Microwave and Refrigerator. Also, more bed size options would have been nice.

Noise was an issue. The pipes were very loud and creaky - I thought there was someone doing construction outside, but then realIzed the noise was coming though the walls.

Shuttle service is only available on weekdays I was charged 20 pounds for a bowl of cornflakes. Extremely hot temperature in the building and still had the fireplace going help desk wasn''t friendly when asked about shuttle service

Very easy shuttle to and from airport. Rooms were quiet and pleasant, and the bed was over the top comfortable!
