This is a very well done place with all the service and amenities you can expect but with charm and elegance on top of it. The staff is very very helpful and polite. The breakfast was good. The location is perfect.

Unfortunately we encountered a technical problem in our room, but the staff made their best to fix everything. They were extremely correct with us and they deserve our thanks. The house is really a different place, enchanting ambients, with small beautiful gardens and patios, giving an exclusive atmosphere of peace and relax. An excellent hotel.
Compared to the rooms and the general accommodation, the bathrooms of our two rooms were small and uncomfortable.

Location was great, two minutes from the Mezquita. Great "old world" atmosphere with all modern amenities. Super comfortable lounge areas. Lot of atmosphere.

We LOVED it! Awesome service and super PET friendly (don’t get turned down by the email you receive at first on it). The room was beautiful, location is just perfect! The place has an amazing charm! Shower was brilliant! We were in room 56. Service was so good they even left 2 bottles of water in our car!!!
It is always possible to find a reason to complain :)! Windows too small and limited light, on the other side you could sit outside and observe the internal court.
