The room was really nice as well as the bath room other people were friendly as well as the staff The bed in the room wasn't the best kept having to wake up because lower back started to hurt (king size)
Breakfast was wonderful, lobby sitting area around fire place, close to highways and many local resturants and shops, bed was super comfy Didn't have an outside sitting area, didn't have a spa
Comfy room, has fridge and microwave, great pool and hot tub, wonderful restaurant. Can't ask for more.
Breakfast was amazing. The mattresses were extremely comfortable. The hot tub closed early, 10pm.
Great breakfast that is included. Grill has good food also.
The atmosphere overall was wonderful. The admin and reception was the worst part a majority of the time in addition to the room service. The reception was lazy and not helpful at all when we needed assistance and the room service brought us cold food and wrong orders. Also you couldn't open any windows and had to keep the shade drawn so people couldn't see right into the room - so was very dark.
The room and tv. The lack of customer service from driving in at 4 in the morning
Breakfast included (buffet style). Location is north of the city but easy access to highways to get to sightseeing locations. Short wait for Uber/Taxis Not in a great walking area. No elevator to bring bags to 2nd floor.
Breakfast was awesome, the staff was efficient and friendly. Nothing.
lation felt kind of cheap
The assistant manager brushed off my suggestion for better safety in the bathroom. I fell and the room was for the handicapped. I suggested another bar where the towel bar was obviously used for bracing and broken off. There were two bars on the wall in the tub area. Two bars at different heights on the wall just outside of the tub was logical and needed too.
Staff seemed nice, it was relatively cheap which is what we wanted - a bed for the night. Room smelled like cigarette smoke, cigarette burns were in the bed's comforter & on the sink.
I liked the location The rooms is ok you get what you pay for. The shower door broke and I reported it and they did nothing about so I was there two days with a busted open shower door. They had a trainee working alone and she could not help me with any questions I had.
We loved how there was a Wal-Mart right up the street. It's right off the exit of North Academy, which means there's a lot of places we could have visited if we chose to do so. There's a Goodwill across the street from the hotel that I wanted to drop in on, but we were only there for a day. There isn't a bathtub but my son loved the shower so much he wanted to live there forever. The room had a big TV, a dresser, a desk with a chair, a wardrobe, and a chair that made it feel like home. Like everywhere I go, people don't know how to pick up their trash. I'm pretty sure the hotel employees did a great job at picking everything up when they had a chance, I would just like to see people be responsible for their surroundings, regardless on if its your trash or not.
I thought the staff was friendly and helpful. The light bulb next to my bed flickered continuously throughout the evening even when the light switch was turned off. I was concerned of a potential fire hazard so I contacted the front desk and they told me to turn off all other switches in the room first. Unfortunately that did not fix the problem so I called the front desk again and they approved the idea of unscrewing the light bulb from the light fixture.
