The staff we lovely and the concierge went out of his way to help. Plenty of choice on the breakfast buffett and of a good quality.
Our room was not cleaned on the first day, i reported this and requested some coffee sachets, came back later still not cleaned, reported this again and they thought up coffee and clean towels. Rest of week ok.

Omelette bar not always attended / long queues and sometimes hard to find a seat for breakfast.
