The location is very convenient for the Coimbra (A) station (only a couple of minutes walk. Within reasonable walking distance of the university (although uphill!). The room represented excellent value for money with a good sized/very clean bathroom. Breakfast is basic but in the context of the overall price of the room it represents good value

The location is brilliant, so close to the train station and at the foot of the climb up to the University, couldnt be better located. Lovely view from the balcony up the hill. Recently refurbished rooms. Breakfast was ordinary but in keeping with the price Very friendly staff and helpful
Breakfast could have been a little less bread dominated!

Staff were friendly. The breakfast was very good and worth €5. The location was excellent, very close to train station and a short walk to the bus station and no steep hill to climb!
The mattress was very hard and I usually like a firm mattress. I had difficulty sleeping because of it.
