The staff was very helpful and arranged for an early Taxi for us. The breakfast was good and the location could not have been better. Th hotel itself was very pleasant.

Excellent location, nice staff and breakfast in particular, comfortable and clean room, lovely balcony with a view and fair price. Would stay again! Thank you

The hotel was small friendly comfortable and clean The staff were friendly and the breakfast good Our only criticisms were the shower was not very powerful and went from hit to cold and because of the lovely big room the a/c seemed to struggle sometimes
Nothing to dislike - a lovely boutique hotel close to all amenities. If we come back to Chania we would definitely consider staying again

This was the best experience I had in all of the 9 different places I stayed while solo traveling through Europe. The staff felt like friends. I don't drink, and they went out and purchased me something delicious from a bakery to replace the free alcohol that was stocked in the room. My room also had it's own hot tub, which I didn't even know. My time there is my fondest memory of my whole trip.

Loved this hotel. Great location, value and staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Room was HUGE for a European hotel, which I’d awesome amidst a long vacation. Breakfast was also top notch with home cooked eggs made to order.
Nothing.
