Very nice hotel, well located closed to the port of Chania. Thanks Marianna for the warm welcome and all the tips during our stay!

No windows with the view outside in the room, but this is likely the same everywhere in the old center of Chania.

Location is perfect in the town centre. The place is great with all amenities for great comfort. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of food to choose from. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Totally recommend it.

- for uns the perfect location in center of the old town - lovely ambience and decoration in the whole hotel - beautiful roof garden - nice room with balcony, confortable bed and stylish bathroom with shower - excellent and high quality breakfast with fresh pressed orange juice and all types of coffee - large and very nicely decorated breakfast room - Marianna Gypaki (Managing Hotel Director) was a wonderful hostess. She gave us a lot of very helpful recommendations.

We love everything at this place! Marianna (General Manager) and her staff are amazing, they did everything to help us to have a great experience in Chania! their kindness and support are at the highest! -Breakfast is really good! and they pampered us, we asked for Soy milk and they bought it for the next day, we asked for different types of coffees and made them for us. The quality of the food is really good! Location is perfect, it is in the heart of Chania, you are steps away from great restaurants and where everything happens in Old town Chania! Service was out of this planet, they helped us with car rental, they provide instructions so we could change the chip of our phone, they gave us great tips for restaurants and where to go! they arrange drivers pickups and drops off at the airport (not free obviously) since we were leaving early before the kitchen open they prepared breakfast (brown bags) leave it in the room the night before! (THIS WAS VERY KIND) Thanks, Marianna and team you guys are amazing!! p.s we will come back!
