We loved everything about this hotel, unlucky for us we only got to enjoy the hotel for 1 night out of the 3 we had booked due to a unexpected hospital stay but we managed to squeeze in a little of everything in the 24 hours we had to enjoy it!

The food was great. The food help was great. The pool side help at royal service were great.
The smells. Lots of sewer smells and sour smells. Our butler was terrible. Never would confirm anything and didn’t make sure we were doing good or checking in. She really dropped the ball. If we didn’t push, it wouldn’t get done.
