The room and hotel were very clean and very well maintained. Staff and specially staff at lobby were extremely friendly. Except for the tiny night tables, the rest of the room was very well equipped. The food was inconsistent but still tasted fine. I also appreciated the nice complementary surprises they left in the room every day.

Room service food was inconsistent. I ordered the American breakfast every morning and it looked different every time (eggs sometimes overcooked sometimes under cooked, different types and count of pastries every time sometimes with missing croissant eventhough the menu specifically mentions it.. random number of small marmalade jars). That wasn't only for breakfast, i ordered the niçoise salad twice and it looked different each time, one time served in a plate the other time in a bowl, one time the poached egg cooked perfectly and the other time it was over cooked). Such randomness could be acceptable in a guesthouse and not in a good 4 star hotel! One more thing that was strangely inconvenient in the room furniture was the tiny night tables in the bedroom.
