Excellent location for a citytrip, near Potsdamer Platz not far from the Brandenburger Tor and the Reichstag.
A geat Hotel close to Brandenberg Gate and Check Point Charlie Rooms was the best comfortable and the bathroom was the best facility that I have ever seen. Food was great will go back again in time for the Kris Kindle Mart in the end of November. Greg Greenwood ECC
We were waiting for check in and check out one hour. It is not possible in 5 star hotel, staff in the kitchen was not friendly,
Finding the hotel and parking Goggle maps has wrong location of hotel
Nice location, just 2min.walk to the subway station. And we could see the Brandenburger gate and the parliament from the street in front of the hotel. Room was large enough to relax and very clean. The receptionist was so kind and gave much information about Berlin. Nothing.
Comfort staying in the most important part of the city
I had access to the executive suite which was incredible. The shower was amazing and the TV was very nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We felt right at home.
Great position, excellent breakfast buffet, friendly staff
Location, facilities The rooms were not cleaned weel. Children's menu: quite poor including quality of food.
This Marriott is like the hundreds of Marriotts, nothing special. Reikstag is 10 min walk, the main shopping area is 15 min by car. Rooms have lots of space, big windows, comfortable beds.
Great location, great room, great breakfast... Not enough time to use the gym and the swimming pool...
Cleanliness, location Resturant was not a good value
Absolutely fabulously decorated, marvelous rooms..ranks with the best in which I have stayed, and I have stayed in nice hotels. love the heated bathroom floors. Wish it were on k'dam...but for tourist attractions, it is in a better location.
Excelent club floor facilitioes( club lounge)
Staff were "over the top" good. Club level had an added cost.
The quality of the rooms is second to none. The staff were polite and friendly. The lounge area with comfortable armchair seating and a fire was an excellent place to relax after a day's shopping. There were obviously high security guests staying and we had to walk a long way around to get back to the hotel as all the streets were cordoned off - as well as being scanned before entering. Having to explain to the police that we were staying there and had to go through was not straight forward and felt intimidating. Perhaps if we had been given some form of id other than the room key to show it would have been easier.
Staff was amazing, wellness center beautiful Restaurants are fairly expensive
We were very impressed with this hotel--our room was well-appointed and spacious, the staff was amazingly professional, helpful, and friendly, and the hotel was beautiful and in a perfect location. We stayed on the club level and we really enjoyed the lounge area--the breakfast was delicious and the staff there was particularly wonderful. We would recommend the Ritz-Carlton Berlin to anyone. We thought the internet access was way overpriced. It was available in the club level, but not as wifi--you could only use their computers. We paid enough for the room and parking--on the club level I think internet should be included or at least wifi available in the lounge.
Very attentive and helpful staff in a beautiful facility. Chocolate Day special event was wonderful. The room was very nice but not warm enough. Hot chestnuts as pocket warmers are a nice touch. The heating system was not adequate for the cold weather and we had one whole day with no hot water. Breakfast is pricey.
quality of breakfast quality of room service
Location at Pottsdamer Platz is excellent; next to the former wall, and well located for easy access to most points in the city. Checking in on Sunday morning after a flight from the US, tends to be iffy, however, the Ritz had a room waiting for me, and were expecting me. The hotel interior is beautiful. Rooms are well appointed, large, especially for European standards, and very quiet. The bar and restaurant was excellent. Only quibble I had was with the gym: small, smelled, and illequiped.
From the moment I arrived I was greeted warmly and treated like a valued guest. The service in all areas of the hotel was the best I have experienced at any hotel. The rooms are beautifully updated with very well appointed bathrooms. Entertained clients on three occasions at the Curtain Club. Could not have asked for better service. Nicholas in the Curtain Club should be commended for a job well done. This will certainly be my go to hotel in Berlin for future stays. Not a thing.
Location, rooms, TV screen, friendly, efficient staff Breakfast, while good, is overpriced. They should just make all rooms €15 per person per night more expensive, make breakfast inclusive, and charge the outlandish rate for non-guests. Oh, and put back roast potatoes into the breakfast menu! For those of us with cholesterol issues, all the eggs, cheese and sausages are useless, and make breakfast devoid of anything hot other than tea or coffee.
Everything. The room and meeting facilities were excellent. Nothing (well, besides the weather).
good staff, food, atmosphere too high cost of internet connection additionally you can't get it for 3 days for example (max lot 24 hour)
location, clean, near shoping center and historical zone the lobby not active.
the beds were incredibly comfortablr and the rooms were always immiuculate the staff did not always respond to questions or requests as needed. They seemed to need a little more training in handlinf quest requests and providing the correct information. Also the breakfasts were a little skimpy.
loved the hotel and the city
We were treated like a king and his queen! None
The Spa (Club Olympus) was very nice. The massage is recommendable. The View of the room was very limited.
We had a delicious breakfast. We slept in a beautiful room with all the comfort we needed. The hotel staff was very friendly, patient and helpful. This hotel deserves the five stars! Maybe a little bit too expensive for us, but we don't complain. We haven't both a well-paid job. But for once, we're happy we could sleep there one night!
excellent design of rooms the WiFi overpriced and of poor quality
staff were very helpful
Fully equipped, quite big hotel room.
Location is perfect; Sony Center across the street is very nice.
Large, comfotable suites. If you like a traditional English breakfast this is not the hotel for you.
Very comfortable, very nice located, very good service
Very helpful concierge No
Rooms were large, modern, and clean. Hotel in an excellent location convenient to trains, subway, shopping, and restaurants.
the staff spoke excelllent english and were friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable we were meeting friends who were arriving at a different time. the reception staff told each of us repeatedly that our friends had not arrived and did not pass on a message. The promised excellent restaurant was not open when we wished to use it.
Perfect studios No place to sit with buisiness partners, no lobby
it is a very elegant hotel, very relaxing and confortable.
