The location
We were staying at holiday inn hotel in Alexanderplatz Berlin and were realy disappointed. The sheets and the towls were dirty and covering with stains and dast. We informed the reception couple of time but didn't received any proper treatment. No one of the hotel employees has taken our complaints seriously. During all of our staying, we got dirty stuff to our room. I'm completely not recommend on the Hotel.

2 Separate single duvets on a large bed, would have preferred one large duvet but was still very comfortable.

The location was perfect for us, literally around the corner from Alexanderplatz. The room was really clean and comfortable, the layout worked really well with the foldaway vanity table and there was a full length mirror too. Breakfast was really nice with lots of options and it was really fresh. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful.
The only thing missing was a bar, there was an on-site “shop” but we couldn’t buy a full size bottle of wine but that’s just a personal preference!

Nice food, plenty to choose from.
At 9:20 on a Saturday there was no cutlery to be found, also you were lucky to get a clean plate. Staff were all over doing their jobs, it's just too many people I think.
