Beds comfortable the room was very clean
The shower tray was not non slip and was dangerous, and the screen leaked

The lift situation was hell, you could add on a half an hour for each time you left the room

The room was good and clean
The restaurant was not good, we were not all inclusive, At dinner the wine was awful. And we were told we could not have better by the glass,only by the bottle, the food too was not good,and the coffee was undrinkable. Would not return to this only. Only one in Benidorm.we have ever disliked
