Our room was cleaned so quickly after we left each day. Some days we didn't get up till afternoon due to the proximity of the clubs on the beach. It's all good.
location, clean room, lovely bathroom, nice breakfast
The staff at this hotel was extremely friendly and always making sure that I was enjoying my stay as much as possible. The hotel itself is beautiful and has a calm ambiance. The room was beautiful with a big bathroom. Room was also clean and well put together. Restaurants and the champagne bar at the hotel were amazing. When I go back to Barcelona I will be staying at this hotel again.
Took an age to check in which I do not expect in an expensive 5 star hotel. Staff indifferent. A luxury hotel that just lacks something special when it comes to service. Not good value for money. Minibar outrageously expensive and 25 euro for internet
Clean, helpful staff, good breakfast, quiet. Beds were not comfortable.
Clean spacious rooms, clean linens. Quiet part of town. Close to the beach. Hot tub was broken for the entire five days we were there. Pool was freezing cold, and staff refused to switch on the heater... saying they never heat their pool in October for any reason. They offered no form of compensation. Be warned - if something is wrong with your stay, the staff here is NOT empowered to anything about it.
The junior suite was nice and it came with the privilege package.
Quiet at night but still close to main attractions Need better directions to Metro for a first time visitor
Staff was excellent, although their restaurant recommendations should be taken with a pinch of salt, there are far better places in barcelona for those willing to walk. Room was very nice, very clean and good value for money. The hostel is a bit hidden in a back alley behind a larger hotel and it is a bit tricky to find the first time. Check ins are only handled between 15-18, a bit annoying to find out as there isnt much to do in the immediate neighborhood. You can not wear shoes in doors, however, you are given a pair of disposable slippers upon checing in.
the roof-top terrace is a great place to relax. the walls are quite thin. it's a rather quiet atmosphere, but you hear people getting up and taking a shower.
