perfect location for all needs and transportsPros: centered location...good base for all attractions.Cons: tight space but functional.
BED BUGS.Pros: Location was okay as it was near the metro station and lots of shopping aroundCons: Bed BUGS. meaning, very large bed bugs that you could see crawling on your bed. We woke up at 3am to bed bugs biting and crawling on our beds. We've never seen them so didn't know at the time, we brought down the bug to show them, the staff lied saying it wasn't bed bugs.
Early the next morning they said it was security policy to go have all our belongings washed, but said they would not pay for it. They said we could have brought it from the plane.. when we were coming from a week stay in madrid to barcelona..on a train.. We had no bed bug problems in madrid. One night here, and we were bit all over.
The hotel told us we couldn't come back until we had our belongings washed. They said for us to go buy clothes while our things were being washed... unbelievable. We called kayak right away and they connected us to our booking company which helped us with getting our refund and leaving our hotel right away.
Pros: Good location, just a short distance from where the Express Shuttle from the airport stops, right around the corner.
Metro Stations around the Plaza going in all directions.Cons: Room is a miniature version of a standard double room.
Bed fits from one wall to the other.
It's really a one star hotel.
Great breakfast solutions across the street and in short distance from hotel, they charge you 9euros/12euros for Bfast at the hotel.
