The place is sketchy and dirty on the outside. I walked into the room and never unpacked. It was so nasty I took 14 pictures and walked out. I posted them to Google review. The only funny thing, multiple people posted similar photos of the same issues. I have tried to get a refund and I have yet to see the refund.

Pros:The fact that I got to leave this place.
Cons:This is the first bad review I have ever left in my life. The young lady at the front desk for check in was incredibly rude. I was in town as a featured performer for a comedy festival and this is the worst stay I have had in the last years I have traveled to perform. We walked into our suite and there was a painting fallen from the wall, the microwave plate placed on the bedside table, an incredibly filthy shower floor, and an even dirtier mattress, plus - every time we turned the bathroom light on, an insanely loud hum came from the fixture above. We were woken up 4 times in one morning by pounding on the door from a maintenance person to "fix the fallen painting and the microwave plate." Why was that not fixed before we got the room? Seems like an incredibly easy fix without being demanded that we leave our room so a painting can be hung back up. Please fire that young lady at the front desk, good god.

Cons:Gave my reservation away. Cigarette smell. Bed bugs. Dirty. Beds are full not queen. Hot water was turned off one night. Laundry machines not working.

Cons:Everything was awful. Disgustingly unsanitary and was nothing that the website said it would be.

Pros:I liked the look of the hotel upon arrival and the rate was reasonable for the area. I only found one more economical, but it wasn't in proximity to the area of Austin I was visiting.
Cons:I didn't like the noise that came from the room next to mine. Traffic in and out of the room constantly. I had to sleep with my earbuds in my ears to drown out the unpleasantness. My pillows smelled like dirty, dirty hair.i covered them with a towel. My bed looked as if it had been slept it (pressure wrinkles in the sheets).

Pros:There was a cart available to carry our things in.... The a/c was cold... The TV and remote worked... The room was clean and nice... I will stay there again when visiting family...location great.
