Fab location right next to Hadrians Gate and Ild Town. Parking provided if you have a car. Upgraded us to a suite. Staff could not have been more helpful. Lovely pool

The staff were very friendly attentive and professional. The position of the hotel very close to the old city and a short walk to the bars and restaurants. We were also upgraded to a duplex room which was cleaned every day.
The elegance east hotel at some point must have been a very nice hotel Unfortunately it is starting to look its age. ie tiles broke,soap dish hanging of the wall, paint peeling off and the bed was like sleeping on concrete. Also the flies ...i don't know if this a Turkey problem but they were a pain.

Rooms - really tired nothing like the photos on the web Stairs to rooms dangerous banister coming away from the wall and moving as you walked up them wood rotting at top Doors on furniture coming off hinges Windows overlooking back of hotel really dirty Bathroom mold in shower and cracked basin Bed extremely hard Pool Area - Swarming with flies meaning we couldn't sunbathe it made us feed very uncomfortable constantly swatting Breakfast - Poor offering Bar only serves soft drinks No facility for a late check out - No Courtesy room told I should have booked an additional night I couldn't wait to leave
