Staff extremely nice and pleasent, rooms are incredible, food is great, services are good. Heaven for couples.

I liked the suite it was stunning and had everything in it you needed. Our housekeeper was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. All staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was great with lots of choice. Overall a fabulous hotel.
As a guest having to pay 18 euros a day for parking if we were parking in hotel car park. I think I this should be included in cost of your stay. We just parked in the street.

This hotel is amazing and new and top notch services and best gastronomic restaurants in the hotel , we can stay at the hotel without going out unless shopping very close , plaza del duque,las Americas ,Siam mall,
